There are some new features available for Moodle 2.4
Your existing courses are unchanged and the tools are still the same with some new additions. Read the official Moodle 2.4 documents for Managing a Course and Managing Content to also see what new things you have available.
The above attachment contains general instructions for logging in to Moodle and joining a course. Your teacher may also give you a document instead that is more specific.
Teachers may wish to open the Word version, save (download) it, and customize it to provide a version for their students that is even more specific to their course.
